From The Pastor's Pen

Our Beloved Friend and Man of God Goes Home.

Pastor Karl Barden -  February 14, 1940 to October 4, 2014

Pastor Karl Barden, our team member, lead counsel, one of the Grace Christian Center Pastors, has gone home to Jesus.  We love him and his family and keep them in our prayers.  Here is what Pastor Sherri Barden, his wife of 55 years, wrote:

We were all by his bedside reciting Psalm 23 as he took his last breath, “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me...”

Thank you all for the many prayers and wonderful words of comfort for me, and Tami, Kari, and Juli. We have deeply appreciated your love and support.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Oct 12, 1:00 PM at Grace Christian Center in Port Ludlow; and Saturday, Oct 26, 1:00 PM at Living Faith Fellowship in Pullman.
