Our Ministries Purpose

The Grace Christian Center exists to please Jesus—He is our Lord, our Shepherd, our Savior, and the One who gives grace and mercy. He is the One to Whom we surrender our lives and our love.

The Grace Christian Center exists to love Jesus, and to love people. The greatest commands of God are fulfilled in these two passionate purposes—to "love the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength" and to "love your neighbor as yourself."

The Grace Christian Center exists to further believer’s intimate personal relationship with Him; to provide strength in Christian fellowship; to reach out to those who do not yet know Him with the love and light of Jesus.

The Grace Christian Center exists to worship Him, to spread His Word, to be salt and light to others, to motivate, inspire, and give joy, hope, life and love to believers and non-believers alike. We are not perfect; yet, we desire to embody the love and presence of Jesus Christ to all we meet and know. We are here to help people love and walk with God.

At The Grace Christian Center, we believe one can know Jesus personally and have a living daily relationship with Him. He is our passion, our purpose, and we love to walk with Him in a close hearing relationship every day. Religion is not enough—our works cannot substitute for His merciful loving kindness and grace in our lives.

The Grace Christian Center believes the Bible is indeed His living Word, relevant for today. We attempt to study and discern God’s will by understanding His Word, and we attempt to apply His Word to our daily lives. As stated previously, we are not yet a perfect people, but our desire is to walk in such a way that ever increases in pleasing Him.

The Grace Christian Center holds to the grace and mercy of God. Grace: receiving a gift that we do not deserve; mercy: not receiving what we DO deserve. We understand at The Grace Christian Center that we deserve judgment and hell for sin—the Bible tells us "the wages of sin is death." But, when we turn to Jesus Christ in faith, ask His forgiveness, surrender our lives to Him, we receive the "gift of eternal life." And, forgiveness is a continued gift to a repentant believer.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

The Grace Christian Center holds to the central truths of Christianity:
